Carlos Woodson
Chef Woodson started his career in the hospitality industry at the young age of 17. Hired as a dish washer, he soon understood the importance of working together as a team to make everything run smoothly in the kitchen. His peers recognized his work ethic and offered to train him in other areas in the kitchen. Soon he learned how to properly prepare food, grille, saute, bake, fry, and present food that taste as good as it looked. Realizing his love for cooking, his passion soon grew into a goal to become something great in the food industry. Chef Woodson was driven to sharpen his culinary skills and take this as a full-time career.
He then became the Sous Chef of Hospitality Staffing in Orlando Florida. This experience influenced his decision to own a catering company someday. Chef Carlos continued to grow his experience as Executive Chef and Catering Manager of local restaurants including Liz Oasis Cafe in Maitland. In between his full-time job, he began catering small parties and events. After a few years Chef Woodson decided it was time to take a chance and create the business plan that would soon become the company Woodson's Food Vending LLC., now known as Woodson's Wrap Shack.
